Law Day Race 2007
On Friday, June 1, 2007, the Ben Wendelken Inn of Court, in association with the El Paso County Bar Association Law Day Celebration, organized a 5K run and a 1 mile walk in Monument Valley Park.
We, the organizers, would like to thank all of you, the participants, sponsors, and volunteers, for supporting the run and walk, and most of all for supporting KIDPOWER of Colorado Springs with your donations. With your help, we raised over $3,100 for KIDPOWER. These monetary donations will help assist children participate in the KIDPOWER programs and thereby help protect themselves from sexual assault, assault, and abduction.
In all, we had 52 runners and 52 walkers and an untold number of volunteers.
